Experience the height of micro-living on this self-guided tour through Otto's Apartment Hotel in Poncey Highland, Atlanta!
Beginning on the hour, take a first-hand look at the newly reimagined Wynne's Apartment Hotel, originally built in 1927. The micro-units are available for a variety of housing accommodations: from fully furnished 3 to 12 month leases for those new to Atlanta or here for a work project, to full-time traditional rental housing.
To wrap up the tour, gather round for a discussion on micro- and missing middle housing solutions, housing choice, and creating vibrant, thriving communities in a conversation led by the MicroLife Institute, Congress for the New Urbanism Atlanta, and Abundant Housing Atlanta.
